Clear guidelines for silver buyback, exchange, and art jewellery policies
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or buybacks for brass and art jewellery once the order is confirmed.
We offer a lifetime 50% buyback value on 925 silver jewellery purchased from Silvora House. The value will be calculated based on the net silver weight and prevailing silver rate at the time of buyback.
Silver jewellery can be exchanged at 50% of its eligible silver value toward another product from Silvora House. Stones, beads, pearls, polish, making charges, taxes, and shipping charges are not included in the valuation.
The original invoice or valid proof of purchase from Silvora House is mandatory for silver buyback or exchange.
The jewellery will be inspected before approving the exchange or buyback. The final value will be confirmed after checking its purity, net silver weight, condition, and missing or damaged parts.
Customised, personalised, resized, or made-to-order jewellery cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled. The advance amount is non-refundable once the order is confirmed.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. A clear, continuous parcel-opening video is mandatory. Claims without an opening video cannot be accepted.
Slight differences in colour, polish, stone shade, bead size, or handcrafted detailing are natural and will not be considered defects.
Shipping charges for exchanges or buybacks must be borne by the customer unless the item delivered was damaged or incorrect.
All returns, exchanges, damage claims, and buyback requests are subject to inspection and final approval by Silvora House.
